Information you provide
When you submit the contact form on this site, the following information is collected:
- Business name and website
- Email address
- Type of service of interest
- Any message you choose to include
If you contact me by email or messaging app, any information you choose to share is also received.
Information collected automatically
Limited technical information is collected automatically during a visit:
- IP address and approximate location
- Browser type, operating system, device type
- Pages visited, time spent, referring source
- Anonymized interaction data via session recording, only with consent
Information not collected
- No information is knowingly collected from anyone under 18.
- No payment card data is collected on this site. Payments are processed through third-party providers.
- No health, medical, or other sensitive personal data should be submitted through the contact form.
03 How information is used
The information collected is used only for:
- Responding to your inquiry and delivering work you have requested
- Sending deliverables, proposals, and invoices
- Following up about an active project
- Understanding which pages are useful, so the site can be improved
- Detecting and preventing spam, abuse, or technical issues
Your information is not sold, not shared with advertisers, and not used to build profiles for resale to data brokers.
04 Cookies and analytics
This site uses two third-party tools to understand how visitors interact with it. Both are described in detail on the Cookie Settings page.

Provided by Google LLC. Tracks anonymized, aggregate site usage. See Google's privacy policy.
Microsoft Clarity
Provided by Microsoft Corporation. Records anonymized session replays and heatmaps. Form inputs and sensitive text are masked automatically. See Microsoft's privacy statement.
Both tools only run after you accept the cookie banner on first visit. If declined, no analytics or session recording is loaded. You can change your choice anytime via the Cookie Settings page. Essential cookies required for the site to function are always active.
05 Who has access to your information
- Operator of this site, to respond to and deliver requested work.
- Email and hosting provider, through which form submissions are delivered.
- Google and Microsoft, in anonymized aggregate form, only with your consent for analytics cookies.
- Payment processors, only when you pay an invoice, and only for data submitted directly to them.
No information is transferred to any other third party, except where required by law.
06 How long information is kept
- Contact form submissions: kept for up to 24 months from last interaction, unless there is an active engagement or a legal requirement to retain longer.
- Project records (invoices, contracts, deliverables): kept for up to 7 years to comply with accounting and tax obligations.
- Analytics data: retained per Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity defaults.
07 Your rights
You can request to:
- Access the information held about you
- Correct anything that is inaccurate
- Delete your information, where not required by law to retain
- Export your information in a portable format
- Stop processing your information for marketing or analytics
- Opt out of any future communications
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@bybekirov.com with the subject line "Privacy request". A response is provided within 30 days.
08 Security
Industry-standard measures are used to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, but reasonable care is taken to keep your data safe.
09 Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top of the page will be updated. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
10 Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact me and it will be deleted.
